Andrzej Smolinski graduated with a Computer Science degree at Technical University, Wroclaw. In past he worked for international IT corporations (debis IT, T-Systems), took his part in couple of domestic and international projects. Since 2004 works on his own, cooperates with Sun Microsystems and Sun's partners as Java and JEE instructor. He also provides consulting and participates in small and middle size Java/JEE projects.

In his daily work uses Java, JEE, ejb, JPA, Seam, Spring, Python and related technologies. He believes that good project is a project made according to good understanding of user needs ('use cases'/'user stories' approach) and proper design combined with good practices and design patterns. All those executed with people that like their job and understand that programming is combination of engineering and art. Privately likes sports (mountain tracking, sailing, skiing), friends, fammily.
